Colorado Gets Everyone Involved In New Child Abuse Prevention Plan

The “Colorado Child Maltreatment Prevention Framework,” recently announced by Gov. John Hicklenlooper, is using funds from the federal government and philanthropists to help 10 chosen communities in Colorado combat child abuse. They are using a community-engagement model which focuses on everyone reporting child abuse, not just child protection caseworkers.
